The Body of the Company



  • Philstar Marketing and Development, Inc. (PDMI) started operations during the turbulent years in Philippine history following the People Power Revolution of EDSA in 1986. PMDI recognizes the potential of Bulacan to serve as the growth corridor to the areas north of Metro Manila. The Company was initially driven by the vision of becoming the catalyst behind the urbanization and developer of the province as the gateway to Northern Luzon.

  • Employing a strategic approach to land banking, methodical market research, and meticulous product planning and development combined with prudent marketing efforts, the Company’s investment in Bulacan paid off as it reaped the benefits success after success with each of the projects it undertook.
  • As a result, PMDI demonstrated its strength and resilience by overcoming the political and economic uncertainty of the times, moving ahead to the forefront of real estate development in Bulacan.




The Early Years



  • PMDI was single-minded in its vision, concentrating its early development efforts in the key areas of Malolos and Guiguinto, building high-quality and commercially viable projects in response to the needs of specific markets in these areas. It paved the way for upgrading the real estate industry in Bulacan, introducing pioneering project concepts marked with innovation, creativity and market responsiveness. Today, after 2 decades of doing business in Bulacan, PMDI has acquired a keen knowledge and depth of understanding of the Bulacan market, thus developing invaluable expertise on real estate development in the province.

C., Westlife Arcade in West Avenue, Q.C. and K Center in Cainta, Rizal); Warehousing; Hotel development and Water delivery in Baguio City; Education.
